Reservations
WHAT IS YOUR CHILD ACCOMMODATION POLICY?

Children up to 2 years old at the date of check-in stay in their parents' room free of charge, sharing existing beds or the hotel provides free baby cots upon request.

For children aged between 2 and 11.99 years at the date of check-in there is an additional payment, according to the price conditions for the specific reservation. They are accommodated on a sofa bed or the beds available in the room.*

Children over 12 years are charged as adults, according to the price conditions for the specific reservation.*

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL?

We gladly accept pets of small and medium-sized breeds (up to 5 kg). The additional cleaning fee is 50 BGN per night. Please note that pets are not allowed in our restaurants unless they are service animals.

If you wish to arrive with a pet, you must inform the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival and it must be immunized, microchipped, with a passport and with established hygiene habits.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, you can park in our outside parking for free. If you wish to use the underground parking of the hotel, please let us know when making the reservation in order to reserve a place, the fee for it is 20 BGN per night.

IS THERE A CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS?

Yes, if you need you can charge your electric car. We have 12 stations, which are located in the underground parking of the hotel. Ask our colleagues from Reception for more information.

When charging the car, 20 BGN per day is paid at the reception for using the parking lot.
Our stations are 7.4kW AC Type 2.
Payment for the charging itself is made by card through the EVpoint application / https://evpoint.bg/app /.
The price per kW is BGN 1.-

The charging stations do not have their own cable and are only equipped with connectors (plugs).

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, we have rooms with full accessibility for people with reduced mobility. The entire hotel is also fully accessible.

CAN I MAKE A SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT (ROOM NUMBER, FLOOR, ETC.)?

Specific room and/or floor requirements cannot be guaranteed, but we will be happy to know your preferences in advance and will do our best to meet all your requests.

I BOOKED ON A WEBSITE OTHER THAN THE HOTEL'S AND NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY BOOKING. HOW DO I DO THIS?

You will need to contact our partner website through which you made the reservation. If you cannot find the contact details, please call us and we will assist you.

IS THE RATE THE SAME FOR ONLINE BOOKING AND BOOKING BY PHONE?

Yes, we guarantee the best possible rates. If you find our rooms with the same conditions at a lower rate on the Internet, just inform us and we will offer you the same or better rate.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR CHECK-IN?

The minimum age to book a hotel room is 18 years.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL?

Check-in is after 15:00.

CAN I CHECK IN BEFORE 3:00 P.M.?

We will do our best to accommodate you as early as possible. However, if the room is not ready upon your arrival, our team will be happy to assist you with your luggage while you relax in one of our restaurants.

Additional fees and conditions are as follows: between 14:00 and 15:00, we will accommodate you, if possible, without additional payment. Between 10:00 and 14:00 there is a fee of 20 BGN per hour per room. Upon check-in earlier than 10:00, a full night will be charged, according to the price conditions of the specific reservation.

I WILL ARRIVE VERY LATE AT THE HOTEL, WILL I BE ABLE TO CHECK IN LATE?

Our reception is available 24 hours a day.

IS AN ID REQUIRED UPON REGISTRATION?

Yes, a valid ID card with a photo or passport is required for check-in at the hotel.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Upon check-in, you will be kindly asked to provide a guarantee for additional services during your stay in the amount of 50 euros per room, but not more than 150 euros for the entire stay. The deposit is made only by pre-authorizing a bank card (credit or debit). The deposit is released upon check-out, unless it is used for payment.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS?

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed at our designated places such as the courtyard of the hotel, the terraces of the rooms, and the terraces of our restaurants, as well as the bar "The Lounge". Vaping  (including using IQOS and/or glo) is also allowed on the indoor terrace of the restaurant "Trakia".

For smoking in the room or spa, as well as outside the smoking areas, a fine of 400 BGN applies.

DO YOU OFFER ROOM SERVICE?

Yes - room service is available from 07:00 am until 11:00 pm. The menu is available on the TV in your hotel room.

DO YOU OFFER WI-FI?

Yes, we have free wireless internet throughout the hotel and in your room. The password is HAPPY2CU.

IS THERE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD IN THE ROOM?

If you need an iron or ironing board you can contact our colleagues from the Reception and they will assist you in obtaining them.

DO YOU OFFER "LAUNDRY" AND "DRY CLEANING" SERVICE

Yes, you will find a menu of services and prices in the wardrobe of your room.

ARE PARTIES ALLOWED IN HOTEL ROOMS AND SUITES?

Parties are not allowed in the hotel rooms and suites in order to ensure the peaceful stay of our guests. In case of disturbance, a polite request (warning) will be made to  reduce noise, in case of refusal, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund for the accommodation. Registered guest(s) are responsible for all visitors. Unregistered visitors are only allowed until 22:00h. If more people are found in the room who are not listed on the guest registration form after 22:00h, they should be registered for an overnight stay, if the maximum capacity of the room or suite is not exceeded. If it is exceeded, the stay will be considered a party. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, the hotel has a policy of silence between the hours of 22:00 - 06:00.

ARE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ALLOWED AT THE HOTEL?

Not allowed:

Commercial photography or videography is not permitted at Kings’ Valley Medical & Spa Hotel without express written permission from the hotel management. Our priority is the peace of mind of our guests, so we have a strict policy against using any of our locations for unauthorized professional or commercial photography or video recording (including prenuptial photos-unless it is part of a wedding package at the hotel, marriage proposals, advertisements, models/ fashion photoshoots, etc.).

Allowed:

Guests can make non-commercial photos or videos for personal use (without professional equipment, lighting, etc.) in their room or at the hotel, but must respect the privacy and peace of mind of other guests. Professional photography/video recording is allowed only if the management has given their permission before shooting. All photography/video requests will be reviewed and approved based on availability and content.

Please note that unauthorized professional photographers/videographers who are not hotel guests will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.

Requests to use any part of the hotel as a venue for commercial photo or video shoots, as well as special occasions/wedding photos should be directed to the Marketing Department. Spa center
WORKING TIME

Our Spa is open to all hotel guests from 08:00h to 20:00h every day.

ACCESS TO SPA CENTER

Access to the facilities in the spa center is included in the price of the accommodation. Outside visitors can use the facilities in our Aqua and Thermal areas only during weekdays, from Monday to Friday. Guests are not allowed in the spa area, after checking out of the room.

External visitors can use our aqua and thermal area only on weekdays between 08:00h and 20:00h for an additional fee: BGN 95 for adults including a bath robe and one therapy in a salt room; BGN 50 for children aged 6 to 12 years old including one therapy in a salt room. Children under 6 years old can visit the pools for free, but only in the presence of an adult companion. The access of external guests to the complex depends on occupancy.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SPA?

Yes, the spa has children-friendly pools.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the gym and the spa facilities in the Thermal area.

WHAT IS THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER IN THE POOLS?

The hotel has 4 outdoor and 4 indoor pools.

Water temperatures in the pools range from 28°C to 39°C.

Where can i eat while i'm at the pool?

Kings' Valley Pool Bar offers light lunch options.

If you wish, you can also enjoy the offers on the terraces of Restaurant Sofra or Restaurant Alba, and please adhere to the established dress code - summer clothing, bathrobe, tunic, shorts, T-shirt, etc.

Fitness center and additional sports
what are the WORKING HOURS OF THE FITNESS CENTER?

The hotel has a fitness center and it is available to all hotel guests around the clock.

WHAT ADDITIONAL SPORTS DOES THE HOTEL OFFER?

The hotel has two tennis courts and three padel courts. For more information on how you can take advantage of them, please consult with the colleagues from the Reception on site or by phone +359 431 54080.

For children
IS THERE A CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND IN THE HOTEL?

The hotel has a children's playground, which is available free of charge for all children of guests aged 3 to 12 years. In the children's playground, there is an animator who will take care of our little guests. Children aged under 3 years must be accompanied by a guardian. 

We also have a teen zone equipped with board games, foosball, a billiard table, interactive "touch" table with tokens, and the possibility of renting a PlayStation 5 console and Xbox S console—information at the reception hotel on-site or by phone +359 431 54080.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO CHECK-OUT THE ROOM?

Check-out time is 12:00

The hotel can provide free late check-out until 13:00 only upon prior consultation with the staff and subject to availability.

Check-out after 13:00 until 17:00 is charged 20 BGN per hour per room. After 17:00 there is a fee equal to the whole night, according to the pricing policy for the specific reservation.

CAN I PAY BY BANK CARD OR CASH?

Yes, we accept payments with all major debit and credit cards.

In cash (Bulgarian leva and euro).

*The main payment is always in Bulgarian leva. The conversion of amounts in euro is at the fixed exchange rate of the BNB EUR 1 = BGN 1.95583. / BGN

A deposit of BGN 100 per day for additional costs during the stay is accepted ONLY credit/debit card authorization.
