RESPONSIBILITY AND CARE FOR THE PLANET
SUSTAINABILITY AND CONSIDERATION
We strive to give due care and attention to nature by integrating sustainability programs. It is extremely important for us to grow and develop our business without causing harm to the environment. With these efforts we strive to meet our needs as well as those of future generations as much as possible.
RECYCLING:
- Cardboard and paper packaging is processed and compressed for easier storage and recycling. Unlike other hotels in the area, we have a machine to reduce the volume of these packages.
- We collect all glass and plastic bottles separately for recycling
- All our soft drinks are in aluminum cans and they are also recycled separately
- Polyethylene waste/nylon packaging/ is also collected separately
- We export plant waste from the complex to the municipal composting system in the area
ENERGY:
- Our hotel have 12 charging stations, and there are no other businesses in the area with so many stations in one location.
- We have a photovoltaic system (205 kWh) built on the roof of the complex for our own needs. Up to 10% of the electricity we need is procured from there.
- All common areas in the hotel use a smart electricity management system (sensors and latest generation LED bulbs)
WATER:
- We use heat exchangers to use the high temperature of mineral water for the purpose of heating the common areas. 80% of common areas are heated by floor heating using mineral water heat)
- Part of the heating of the hot water in the hotel also uses heat exchange with the residual heat from the mineral water
