    1. Types of vouchers: Weekday voucher valid from Sunday to Thursday, including weekend voucher valid for the period Friday and Saturday. A weekday voucher can be used for Friday and Saturday, requiring an additional payment of the difference between the value of the voucher and the valid official price for the period indicated on the hotel's website.
    2. Full prepayment of the amount is required before the voucher is issued - by bank transfer or with an online link for payment by bank card.
    3. Check-in with a voucher is only possible with a reservation made in advance and after written confirmation by the hotel.
    4. If it is impossible to use the voucher within the specified time, the amount is not refunded.
    5. In case of non-arrival of the guests according to an already made reservation, the voucher is considered used.
    6. In the event that the selected period of stay is limited to a minimum number of nights, the guest should pay the difference in the number of nights from the prepaid voucher to the minimum required nights for the specific period or change the dates of stay.
    7. Vouchers cannot be used for special periods and holidays, such as Rose Festival, New Year, Easter holidays, as well as for thematic packages including Medical and Spa procedures, etc.
    8. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.
    9. Payment must be made within 24 hours. after confirmation of the offer.
    10. The voucher can be issued in electronic or paper form and is sent after receiving the payment.
    11. The voucher must be presented at reception upon check-in.
    12. The voucher is not refundable if lost or destroyed.
